Terms of use

Effective September 4, 2026

Signalwatch is an educational news-indexing, meditation, and observation tool. It does not establish that extraterrestrial life or contact is present.

Source-first information

Signalwatch links to third-party reporting, podcasts, videos, and official records. Labels describe the type of source, not the truth of every claim. “Official” means an agency or primary record published the material; it does not mean an extraterrestrial explanation has been proven.

No verified contact method

No personal extraterrestrial-contact method in the app is scientifically verified. Any intention or visualization exercise is presented as meditation and careful sky observation, not as a proven transmission or guaranteed result.

Safety

Evidence submissions

You may submit only media you created or have permission to provide. Do not submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, sexually explicit, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. Submissions enter a private review queue and are not guaranteed to be reviewed, published, identified, or answered.

You give Signalwatch permission to store and privately review the submitted material for evaluation and moderation. Signalwatch will request separate permission before intentionally publishing your submitted media or identifying details.

Third-party services

Publishers and app stores have their own terms and privacy practices. Signalwatch does not control the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party content.

Purchases

Native-app purchases, refunds, taxes, and access are handled under the applicable Google Play or Apple App Store terms. Final pricing is shown by the store before purchase.

Disclaimer

Use Signalwatch at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided without warranties and is not a substitute for emergency, scientific, legal, medical, or mental-health advice.

Contact

A customer-support email address and seller identity must be added before commercial store submission. Until then, these are pre-release terms.
